Marlee Barrett leads our Independent Living program at Woodland Heights Senior Living with energy, compassion, and a deep commitment to resident well-being. She holds a degree in Healthcare Administration with a focus in Long-Term Care from Western Kentucky University and has worked in senior living since graduation.

Marlee’s love for seniors began early, inspired by the time she spent with her great-grandparents in small-town Kentucky — moments that shaped her passion for helping older adults live purposeful, connected lives.

When she’s not at Woodland Heights, you’ll likely find Marlee testing out a new recipe in the kitchen or enjoying time with her dog, Quill.

Beth Ann Patterson is the Sales and Marketing Director at Woodland Heights Senior Living. After successfully running her personal training business for over 20 years, she embraced a career change and quickly discovered a deep passion for senior living.

Beth Ann brings warmth, energy, and a people-first approach to her role — helping families find comfort, connection, and confidence in choosing Woodland Heights as home.

When she’s not at the community, Beth Ann enjoys spending time with her family and her dog, Penn.
